In A Box Marketing Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and turned over to the authorized Distributor (which may vary depending on the item that has been ordered) in 24-48 hours. Standard shipping is mostly via UPS Ground. Some items are shipped using USPS, or DHL. Normal ship times are 5-10 business days from the first BUSINESS day AFTER we receive your order. If items are needed faster please contact us to see if that item is sent USPS Priority or not. Shipping to Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands Only when using the site checkout cart. Some additional charges for Non-Continental US shipping may apply! For Canadian Orders please contact us via e-mail. International Global Priority Charges will apply, and there is a longer delivery time on all items. Business days are considered Monday through Friday. Business days DO NOT include holidays that are Recognized by the government which means if your mail does not run on a certain holiday (Even if it is a week day) then the delivery service is not going to work that day either. We do provide a "Rush" delivery for items not being shipped USPS Priority. Items that are already sent Priority include but are not limited to Neons, Tin Signs, Lingerie. Our RUSH service is provided by DHL. Items being sent DHL will take up to 5 business days, from the first business day after we receive your order. There is an aditional charge of $11.00 ON TOP OF our standard shipping charge of $8.95. You have the option to add Rush Shipping on the checkout cart. DHL Rush shipping extra charge of $11.00 is NOT included in the free shipping. FREE SHIPPING ONLY APPLIES TO OUR STANDARD 8.95 SHIPPING.


In A Box Marketing 30 Day Return Policy
Returns will be honored provided In A Box Marketing is notified via e-mail within 30 days from the date of shipment of the order. To contact us via email please use the contact page. You can go to the contact button at the top of all pages of our site to reach our contact email. A refund will be issued for the original price of the item provided the item is undamaged. Outgoing and Return freight is not refunded.
Return Policy does not apply to negotiated priced items. If there is a problem with a negotiated price item please contact the person with which the price was negotiated.


If you should receive goods damaged in transit then please contact In A Box Marketing via e-mail immediately upon receipt and we will process a claim on your behalf. To contact us via email please use the contact page found at the top of all pages of our site. Replacement product or Refund will be shipped to you upon verification and completion of your claim. Please provide complete information (ie: order information, shipping information etc..)in your e-mail notification so that we can process your claim in a more timely fashion.

In A Box Marketing is a VeriSign Secure Site (www.verisign.com) through Quick Commerce. We do not sell any of our customers information, for any reason. We do not use your personal information for any contact other than information regarding the order that has already been placed. Examples of order contacts are and include Order confirmation, Payment receipt, Problems with orders, and Credits/Refunds to cards. All of this information is sent through the email address that you provide at the time of your order. Please note that Hotmail and Yahoo email addresses as most secondary email providers do not accept any emails from agiftinabox. We are not responsible if you use one of these types of emails and do not get your email information. If contact is needed, and the email comunication was not successful, then a phone call to the phone number provided will be attempted.


For your security our merchant account checks your card information against your billing information that your card has on file. If there is any difference in the information provided and the information on file your credit card will not process.
