If you should receive goods damaged in transit then please contact In A Box Marketing via e-mail immediately upon receipt and we will process a claim on your behalf. To contact us via email please use the contact page found at the top of all pages of our site. Replacement product or Refund will be shipped to you upon verification and completion of your claim. Please provide complete information (ie: order information, shipping information etc..)in your e-mail notification so that we can process your claim in a more timely fashion. |
